We are currently seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in our Sonoma County areas, under the supervision of a Case Manager. The ideal candidate will provide skilled patient care as outline in the written plan of care and in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Our LVNs receive robust clinical training from dedicated nurse educators, friendly hospice physicians, and the Registered Nurses on our teams. Our LVNs work collaboratively with their teammates and are supported in their practice with ongoing hospice-specific training and education.This LVN would be required to work 1 Saturday shift each month.
